I just did an order with Matt and was impressed. He had a report for me within 22 hours of the initial order, over delivered by 31 links and most of the actual pages he posted on were in between PR 4 to 6.
Speed: 5/5 - OP turned around report within 24 hours.
Communication: 5/5 - OP followed directions without any issues.
Quality: 4.5/5 - The comment text itself is pretty generic, but based on the surrounding links I don't think the site comments are moderated at all.
Value: 5/5 - I received more links than advertised & the OP follows through with expectations set. While I did receive a review copy, the cost versus value here is a no brainer.
Overall: 5/5 - A Damn good service. I"ll let the final product speak for itself
