Unless your have established sites and have been doing ringtones for some time (knowing the ins and outs of all the bull shit rules, etc.) I would definitely avoid it.

Google is fine with that, as long the cell submit page complies to their guidelines.

Can anyone get Ringtones.net to convert though? I had converting traffic, switched from Flycell to Ringtones.net - and ended up with close to 400 clicks to the offer..
...without a single conversion.
