RSS Directory Submission Question (might be boring)

I have around 100 articles on my website. I would like to turn them into feeds and submit to directories.

What would you suggest:

1. To turn into feed each of them separately with a customized description and name and then submit each of them to 5-10 directories.

2. Turn them all into one feed and submit to 5-10 directories.

3. Any other answer you might think of...

Also:

Is there any sense of submitting feeds to as many directories as possible? (I know the number of backlinks can increase but...)

The first option will get you better results, especially if you have EZA on that list of yours. What is it that you are trying to achieve though? Is it merely more backlinks, or traffic?

Both I suppose, but need some backlinks as a site is very new. Would like to start with some kind of natural links and I suppose there is nothing wrong with submitting your feeds to directories (of course it is not the only way I'm building backlinks).
