Running an Offer

I have searched about and have not found any real info on running your own offer. I have been toying with the idea for a while now and think I have a pretty good business plan in place.

I am thinking of running a simple name and email submit offer.

Here are the questions -

- Which network should be my first approach?
- How are leads recorded?
- How is fraud detected?
- Are there standard business terms for advertisers - deposits, payment terms etc?

Any thoughts really appreciated.
