Warranty: Accounts that are disabled/banned can be replaced within 10 days of purchase. You must have proof that your accounts are banned/disabled.

You need to get some reputation here as you're unknown.

Suggestion: give a couple review couples (ie free) to more respected members and and at least one mod.

I'll take one in the way of 100 gmails for helping you out.

Until you get some itraders and reputation, you'll be bumping your own thread for a while.
