Safest wy to make a new Adwords account after a ban?

^^^^ yes, i have 6 now in various names (incl a couple in my own name from various addresses)
and a couple more coming soon added to my upcoming offshore company.
it took me about 25 accounts to get it right so keep plugging away all the info is here if you search but a quick recap:
new address
new cc (same bank) but same address as above^
same name
new home ip (i have dynamic so just restart needed)
reformatted mac/pc
cloned router mac address (not sure if needed but can't hurt)
each account attempt enclosed with VM for all correspondence using non gmail accounts to register
all accounts went for billing review but the successful ones were active within one week so my name was blacklisted for review.
quick note i used addresses in countries other than my own

Other countries address? You got a PO BOX or something? Man, does that mean you have to get a credit card in a different country?
This really sucks
fuse83, if you want a card to be made in a different country it's really no difference cause that foreign bank which will issue the card still will make it linked to your home country address unless you have residence or company in that foreign country.

forget same house number and zip it doesn't work and i've said it before.
just phone up bank and say i've moved house to wherever, but can i please keep my old address as my correspondence address. done, sorted new address.
then "lose" card and request a new one. card gets sent to correspondence address but bills to new address.

how bout you try it and see. banks only require proof when you open an account or at least mine did.
erm. no. i have about 10 bank accounts/cards as should any marketer, but i only changed addresses on the last few attempts as i was trying all the other methods and failing first.
anyway new company - new account. you already have an llc. just get another one.
Banks never require proof. I changed my address twice when I started college and they just said "oh ok" and changed it. Some banks even let you change it online like it's nothing.
Hmm..you make it sound very easy, I am in 3rd world and didn't try, should be even easier....simply last time they required passport for visa classis/MC standart...did your banks asked for your ID in that case ?
Or it works only when loosing card so not opening ?
P.S. New LLC = at least few hundreds oh well...I work as individual as it much cheaper there than llc

i'm telling you now if you can't make "at least a few hundreds" with your new google account (before it gets banned again) then you are better off spending your time working another traffic source.P.S. New LLC = at least few hundreds
you can't lose a card you don't have yet
I agree that if you're banking enough, the cost should be a minor issue for a new LLC and laptop (because supposedly Adwords Editor grabs some hardware ID and sends it back to the 'plex)
For me, all the technical stuff like new IP, new computer, new domain account & domains, new hosting, etc etc is fairly straightforward. I'm just not set on the new name, address, and CC to be used for the Adwords account. Does this seem like a workable sequence?
Get a PO Box
Setup an LLC or S-corp (uses PO Box as its address)
Get a business CC (uses LLC as name, PO Box as address)
Signup for adwords using the LLC as your name, the business CC for payment, and the PO Box as your address
Would that work?
Would it be easier instead of a CC to get a bank account (under the LLC name) and use that for Direct debit w Adwords?
(and of course the new domain registrar account would also be setup with the LLC as the name, also)

Lots of large companies do this, especially in the EDU and Credit Reporting Verticals. Google is aware of these advertisers, though they spend upwards of 100k a month, it's clearly something they overlook until enough people complain.
Simple answer is yes, Google looks at bank accounts and CC's. Though if your product is different (if you have a product), you will be okay until they're tipped off.
I'm not sure if this has been said, but does having a shared hosting account matter. I mean lets say you get slapped once with the new account. Will you then be using another red flagged account because your using addon domains?

Yes get new hosting, or at the least asked to be moved to a new ip and new name servers. We don't know how google does what it does but based on the recent bans on advertisers who promoted google rebills it's safe to say they aren't keeping track of account activity through spreadsheets.
Your home IP address, even though dynamic, will not always change whenever you restart your Cable/xDSL modem. Be careful with that one.
