I'm making around 10 micro niche sites.. would it make sense to have the same theme on each site (6 are a similar niche). I ask because I notice people who make micro niches in the Buy Sell Trade forum use the same theme in all their sites.

I go to great lengths to prevent my sites from being tied together, so no, I do not use the same theme for every site. I even like to spin and noindex common pages like privacy policy to prevent someone tracking down all my properties with a footprint.

I've purchased a couple of minisite packages here in the past, and I've never had them use the same theme. Some of them even let me pick from a list of themes.

Could you drop a few names and let me know who you have used and been happy with
Thanks

I've tried 4 different users for mini-site creation since I've been a member here. The first two were both horrible failures in a way, and both members got themselves banned for not delivering.

The absolute best experience was the most recent one with cheesewhiz
Here's his thread:

This reminded me that I owe him a review in the thread, but I only have positive things to say about his service.

if the niche is something that a lot of people use (like thesis) then there wouldn't be much of a problem if you find the theme easier to use than the rest..

I use CTR Theme for all of my micro niche sites. I see no reason to use any other theme when CTR is extremely high and I couldn't care less if my sites are "linked".

To leave no footprint means "hiding" or covering your tracks. The best way to
hide is to blend in with the crowd.

Just use the most popular theme, you're done, move on to something actually productive.

Actually, there's no need to do so, you can just use a custom made copy and past privacy policy .. just to go some affiliate sites and try to track their sites using the privacy policy page.. sometimes you will get up to a million results because everyone is using the same one
