Got an email from someone interested in this domain. I just bought it and planned to develop it to lease or sell leads to real estate agents. Sarasota is a very wealthy city and real estate is always a hot topic here.

The domain is 13 years old with a small amount of back links.

Dont really know how much I should ask, I would hope for a couple thousand.

Thoughts?
 


keep it, develop it and list sarasota homes for sale.

then ask the guy who wants to buy it if he wants to buy ad space on your site.
 
See what the person is willing to buy it for ? If it's worth it then sell it or just keep it develop and sell it later on.
 
He offered $50, lol. I explained why its worth way more than that and he didnt have any interest, just a tire kicker, oh well ill just develop it.
