I am in the top 25 for save gas on google are there any good affiliate programs for this keyword that are not scams.
got listed easily with a little work I could be in the top ten need something legit to sell
 


not really, as long as it isn't illegal I don't see why you would have a problem promoting some of those run car on water save gas affiliate programs.
 
If I promote BS like water for Gas no one will ever believe me again.
I don't want to help those guys rip people off!
Are there any buy a hybrid affiliates IE Toyota ford dealers should get paid well if someone buys a car 100 to 200 hundred i talked to one toyota dealer and they said they would pay me $150 for anyone I sent them that buys a car would be great if I did not have to deal with every local dealer

all I hear is waaaaa waaaaa waaaaaa so what if people who have gone to your site before don't "trust you" anymore. You will always be bringing in new trafffic/people from google. And the car dealers idea is just stupid. Maybe you should take nickycakes advice and push fleshlights.
 
The best thing to keep in mind is that people coming to your site are probably either strapped for cash or very budget-conscious. I don't know the purpose behind your site, but at this point data is probably more valuable than sending them off to some random offer.

At least get them to register (the more data you collect, the better) before sending them down an offer path so you can re-market to them later.
 
good idea aim I should write a monthly news letter and ask visitors to register to receive it. The purpose of my site is to make money for me I have not done much with it and google likes it only a few links from forum post and right now I am #28 been as high as #6.
I bough savegas.net in a domain drop been trying to figure out what to do with it. just used it as a note book so far time to redesign and earn some cash
 
idk what google you are talking about but savegas.net does not rank anywhere in google. It is also only showing 69 weak backlinks no where near enough to rank for a term like "save gas". BTW "www.fueleconomy.gov/FEG/drive.shtml" is ranking 28th for the term save gas.

savegas.net is #27 here.
 
It list well with very week back links so If I give it some good ones it should jump.

It think the best thing to do right now is to rip off the water for gas guys write about what a scam it is visitors will click the google ads out of curiosity google shows 18000 searches for save gas and average click cost of 1.4 so I should get 30 to 40 cents a click should be able to get $100 or 200 a month until I find something better.

going also try gas credit card rebate cards $60 commissions there.

Now I know what to do but could use a few more idea's

google loves a 2 word keyword .com net or org domain need to find more good ones
a one word would be even better
 
First of all, your design is horrendous, and the site is pretty useless for people searching for your term.

Why don't you throw up a simple widget like this Gas Price Look-up Widget? Shit I built a whole site around that simple widget and released it virally. I got a lot of repeat visitors due to the tool actually being useful. But I didn't make shit off the gas card offers I was running, so I sold it on Sitepoint for $500. Too many gas price sites out there. And I didn't rank for shit. If you're going to bring in organic visitors, at least give them something useful, then collect their info to market to later, and maybe throw up a clickbank offer.

Or don't.

$150 commission? Your conversion rate will be TERRIBLE. I'd want a fuck of a lot more for selling a goddamn car than $150. In the time it takes you to sell 1 car I could have sold 1,000 save gas affilite water thingy's, bought your damn site, and then sold 2,000 now with double the traffic... you see what I mean?
 
You really need to put a bit of time into your site design - it looks terrible. I certainly wouldn't be worrying about what affiliate products to push just yet.

Get a site.

Get a community.

Get a list.

Rx.
 
Dude anyone that thinks water to gas works needs to be parted with there money. Its like evolution but with cash.

Do you promote ringtones or pay day loans - are these ethical?

I agree what could I do to make thousands a day I was just prepping it for when I had a chance to strat working on it and google just gave it a good listing with little effort. I have too many sites and domains good at SEO weak at marketing and design
