Same here - bought a big bulk order on 19th June and heard nothing. Repeated emails, skype messages etc - no response. You can't post on his threads because he closes them quickly. If he's really on vacation, surely he would have contacted outstanding customers first just to let them know?

Gives WF a bad name...

Go in paypal and raise a dispute immediately. Then escalate to a claim.

I also bought the same service on Jul 3, 2013 and had sent emails, PM but never heard back from him. Few hours ago I've created a Paypal dispute for that transaction. Let's see.

Paypal refuse to refund as buyer protection only covers physical goods, not digital or intangible goods such as a service.

Anyone successfully got a refund from Paypal in a situation like this? I've screamed fraud with them and threatened chargeback via credit card company, but don't want them to close account.

Wrong. I have got refunds from these type of situations via paypal claims countless of times from peasant scammers. Make sure you describe the situation well to paypal.

Same here ordered in bulk on 7/7. Just sent him a PM today. will see if he responds.

I am still waiting for the report though it's already past 48 hours.

Maybe the seller escalated because this was really the wrong service and he wanted to finish the case faster?

YUP my refund was rejected also from paypal. Just do a credit card chargeback

Yes, He wanted to finish the case faster so he escalated the claim and Paypal closed the case in his favor...
