Multiple domain extensions in Google?
Question,
Say I want to rank for keyword "mortgage rates" and I have managed to buy all the popular exact match TLDs: mortgagerates.com, mortgagerates.org and mortgagerates.net.
Do I need to use a different IP for each domain to rank them for the KW "mortgage rates"?
Seems like a reasonable thing to do (getting additional IPs) but trying to justify the additional $10/month cost.
Some even went to the extent of purchasing from 3 different registrars for each extension. I don't think Google cares about this, especially when you use Private WHOIS but would appreciate any help/opinion/feedback.
Thanks.
