Scour.com Junk Traffic?

I've been seeing around 50% of my traffic for a very niche offer coming from scour.com when advertising through Microsoft AdCenter.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Thanks, that makes a lot of sense considering this offer is only for people over 65. There's no way I was getting that many from only one traffic source.
