This is a bit off topic, I have been focusing mostly on real estate stuff since I got banned from Google back in the day.
I write about 100 offers a month on real estate, I am pretty quick and I can get each one done in about 10-15 minutes. The package I send is 14 pages. Bank statement, a copy of a signed check and a 12 page contract with initials, signatures on multiple pages.
Things I already have done:
I took the offer form and turned it into a PDF form (using LifeCycle), I have taken my signature and initials and copied multiple different looking ones to PNG files (the quality is really bad in LiifeCycle).
It would be great if I could find an EXE that transfers fields from excel to the PDF form and then runs a filter on the document to make it look scanned. I have googled for programs that can run filters on PDFs to make them look scanned and cannot find anything.
I don't need to do real bulk, just about 10 a day. The file not 'looking' fake is really important to me, as if agents think it's not legit they will throw it away.
Bonus points for another program that could take the real estate web page (html) and transfer address, parcel number, etc to excel (so all I would fill-out is my price). But I am sure I can find this easily.
