I don't know why any website of any kind actually stores your password at all. They should be generating a hash and storing only that. Do people not learn anything from lulzsec etc?...

That is true, anyone who has your check has this info.
But its still stupid to send bank account #'s via email since its totally unsecure. They should at least have a secure page on the site we can give them the info.
I've mentioned this to my AM and they never did anything about it; you could say they turned blue.

There was a security issue with DirectTrack (our affiliate technology provider) that affected a few of their clients including us. This problem has now been solved and all campaigns were tracking regularly during the whole process.
Due to this occurrence, DirectTrack has reset all passwords for security reasons. I ask you to please get in touch with me directly to personally receive your new password, either by phone or instant messaging, however, only through the latter channel if you insure that the login password you use for this IM-service is not the same used for the DirectTrack login. If you are also using the old DirectTrack password for anything else, like your email account for example, we recommend changing these as well.
This is insane. They reset every affiliate's password across the whole network because they can't keep their system secure? Am I reading that right?
Yeah, I know people who use the same password for everything. Including their personal social network profiles. There's lots of idiots nowadays.
