I need a site built that will be used to do background checks. The site will be for a private investigation agency that is contracting with a community college to run these checks before a prospective student is approved for enrollment.
A student will go to the site, create a profile/account with all the required information and acknowledgments to do the background check and the students must be able to come back and view their report when it has been completed, contest information that may be inaccurate and also be able to receive a copy of their report. So a print to PDF function would be needed, I am assuming, unless there are more feasible ways of dealing with this.
Staff of the college will need to be able to login and view number of pending reports and the actual completed reports.
The P.I. agency will need an input area to relay their findings as they will be doing this by hand in the field and via the phone as many courthouse in said state are not technologically equipped for the 21st century yet.
The other basic requirements are "indefinite" storage of records, minimum 256 bit encryption and a super simple intuitive point and click navigation (as per the colleges specs.)
