Sell domain or build a site?

First, it would be wise of you to delete that URL before one of these guys just want to have some fun and you can say bye bye to #9.
Second, I would personally look around for some adult marketing forums and ask around there. Flippa doesn't allow sites like that and I don't know of any alternatives that I have experience with to trust and or recommend.
Third, but in all reality you should just build the site if you are already there. You got a really nice specific niche which could pull some nice numbers if done right.

No one is going to help unless you try something first. If you get stuck, then ask a specific question. Right now you're just expecting someone on this board to 1) buy the domain off you without paying for a BST thread, or 2) Spoon feed you a business plan.
