Quality: There is only 1 page of content, but it was decently written and not garbage. The site design was great, nice logo and header as well as good related images

Communication: Good communication, gave him what he needed and he did it.

Value: For $50/site it's a good deal for all that he does, design, content, base set of links etc. The SEO titles and meta description need a little work, but if this is just a feeder site, they are okay. I wish there was 3-5 pages of content instead of just one article, but other than that, he did a great job!
