I placed 2 orders for these last week, and never even got a confirmation email/message that my orders were received. Can you please let me know what the status of my orders are? It's a shame, because I have a lot of clients who could use this service.

Everybody should receive an automated confirmation if you order with our wufoo checkout. There is no reason you shouldn't have got that so please check your spam folder. Turnaround is 3-5 business days (Good Friday and Easter Monday have just passed) and we are up to date with all orders. PM me the name that you ordered with if you would like to know exactly when they will be complete.
