SEO Title Tag Indexing Problem. Please Help

The problem is:
Google is not indexing the right title and only indexing the name of the company. Please see the screen shots for details:

Please suggest me possible reason of this and how should I resolve this issue?

It's the degree of changes to your site in a short period of time. Search your site on:

Yahoo (last cached:8/24 | correct)
Google (last cached: 8/16 | different title)
Yandex (last cached:8/8 | different title)
Blekko (last cached:2/2011 | different title)

Your last cache date in Google is 8/16. When did you make the last title change?
 
try searching for some other keyword (non-brand/sitename) you rank well for, I've seen google changing the title to just the company name on branded searches lately.
 
^ That would explain the cached version having the intended title regarding Google.

I have dozens of clients that I monitor brand queries and I can't say I've ever seen it happen on my own sites.
 
Thanks Guys...Problem Solved..I think there was some issue in the theme or code. I changed the theme and now it's fine.
