how well trained are they on all the services you provide? i ve used similar services but always found out the VA's werent that well trained and i had to show them on how to do stuff, like create a squidoo lens, article submissions. etc.

i want to be able to say... createa lens, submit these articles, create some wikkis, etc.

and do you belong to any private article/blog networks....and what about Senuke X

First of all our VA's sir and well trained, when you say Social Bookmarking, create squidoo lenses, Web 2.0 and others they will work on it immediately no need to tell him what to do...
You only need to teach your VA when you have some work to specify or any additional work you want him to do...

And yes we have Senuke X to be used in link building if you want to use it.

will we have direct contact with them or go through a project manager type person?

i am interested, i just have to get my self better organized.

You can contact directly to your VA's sir through chat or talk to them through skype. But if you are going to hire a lot of VA we will give you a project manager that will be responsible for organizing your tasks and still you can contact all your VA's.

And yes they are familiar with tier link building.
