I bit late with my review, but here goes:

Speed: This guy responds fast and the turn around was also way inside his TAT, so no complaints here.

Communication: As said above, no problems here, was quick to respond to any questions i had.

Quality: The links were done on sites as stated in the original post and they are indexed. The article length could be a bit longer, but since google doesnt seem to mind, i won't either..

Haven't seen any SERP movement yet, so if i see any that will give this a 5/5, until then it is 4.5/5
