Trying to come up with a decent plan on this kinda thing. Cover all the bases and be as anon as possible. Looking for ideas.. =)

Just batting ideas around, idea cloud kinda thing...

Scenario)

Pre-paid (Disposable) Servers in far reaches of the globe, going thru "bullet proof" proxies...[registered via other set of proxies]

Disposable domains purchased by a pre-paid visa purchased by funds that never came state-side.

[Air tight - 100% anon - nothing linking back.]

Now to find places with the big offers, that can not be "subpoena".

or

Receive Money Anon
(Something like - receive funds overseas, spend in shell company, purchase thing in stateside company)

Step one would be not posting your fraud ideas in a FUCKING FORUM
 
What are you intending?

Copyright infringement, spamming, adware, phishing, false promise preselling...

You talk is all over the place making me think your drunk (truthfully so am I
. I have yet to make a sober post.) What you suggested could be catered for by one company. There are a few more steps to go though...
