Yeah that's just a simple warning they won't do anything to your account as long as you delete those ads they warned you about and to be safe any that got through that are similar. Facebook just reported their revenues are going to reach 1 billion this year with a majority of their money coming from BRAND ADVERTISERS so get ready to get even more moderation of your ads.

From what I read, it says Brand Advertising is expected to reach $350 mil and performance advertising is expected to surpass $600 mil. Where did you read that branders are taking over?
