Do you need a a dedicated short code or can you use a shared one?

Dedicated

I would like a dedicated one if possible...

We looked into that a while ago. The prices were something like $2k-$3k just for the number. I don't know if that is in your budget or not. In our case we also started looking into shared shortcodes.

Twilo might be a place to start
