should I worry about my overall CTR?

My arbi pages have a ctr of anywhere between 35% and 100%, but on that same adsense account I have another website that wasnt built for arbi and retains surfers pretty well, so the adsense is just there for a bit of extra $, the avg ctr for that is about 2% with about 2000 inpressions a day. It really brings down me overall ctr, is this something I should worry about? Is this something that will raise redflags?
 


I believe you aim for between 30%-40% on arbi... Im new though, so who knows.
 
I think that he means in terms of smart pricing between two different sites.

From my understanding, Adsense is per page so one site will not affect another.
