Should we start an affiliate program for real estate lead gen service?

Okay so we are about to launch our end to end real estate lead gen service. We're going to be competing with the likes of Zurple, Market Leader, TigerLeads and Boomtown ROI.

What do you guys think about creating an affiliate program for this service? There are quite a few keywords that affiliates could rank for, especially pivot keywords off of the competing services. Also PPC, media buys, retargeting, etc.

We are thinking of charging realtors $250 a month and would give a 20% commission. This would be recurring commission of course.

I just wanted to throw this out there and see if you guys think this would be a worthy method to help scale our start-up?

Something like this could work out really well actually. I've been on the client side of the real estate market for the last year or so and your 100% right on the keywords ect.

As a Realtor and an internet marketer myself yes it would be cool to have an affiliate program.
