Simple way to process form?

I have a form with drop-down selection boxes. I need users to be directed to different results pages based on the selections made.

What is the easiest way to do this? Would I need some type of form processor for this? If so, is there like a standard version to use and where can I get it?

Can be done either via Javascript, or if you need to process the data from the form too, you need a server-side language, like PHP or ASP.
