Can we create a new section where we can all sit around a campfire singing Kumbaya and other bible hymns talking about how much we love each other? It can be free and welcoming to all new members, since that is what WF is known for.

Let's play fill in the blanks instead:

All _____ without at least _____ posts, and no red bricks, giving away ________ can all ____ a greasy ___________, you ________ retards.

Go.

The fact that SuddenlyAss hops into any flaming thread to relax everybody with beautiful photos of gals with wonderful tits and asses - it really delivers and gives hope to us all.

I think I'm going to look through all the post of this incredible man\woman\wizard\feline overlord. Just for reasons

I wanted to watch Ex Machina after viewing this video, but then I found the IMDB plot synopsis, read it and saved an hour and a half of my life.

The IMDB description doesn't do it justice.

Is it a great move? no, but its worth a watch.

I assumed, like you, it was going to be garbage, but it's not bad.

Personally I liked that it didn't dumb everything down so Joe Skumfuck can follow whats going on.

There's a line where one character asks another if he can fix a problem, to which the other replies "no there is a lot of secretes regarding the tech and I had the people responsible for building it, killed".

There is a moment of silence and then the dialog continues.

In a Movie for Everyone™ they would have added a line immediately after where he said "ha ha I'm only joking, I didn't really kill them"

Cos get it? It's a joke? Do you get it? He didn't really have them killed, he was just joking. GET IT? DO YOU FUCKING GET IT? SHOVEL MORE POPCORN IN TO YOUR TALK HOLE YOU FUCKING IMBECILE!

But the movie doesn't care if you get the joke, it continues regardless. Not that it is hard to follow, but with the constant dumbing down of movies these days it makes a refreshing change.

But it's not a smart movie either, you can guess where the plot is going fairly quickly but it's still a fun ride.

The two things I was left with after watching it were, the director has a fetish for women with small breasts, particularly Asians, and there is no one you actually feel for by the end, you hate everyone or at least I did.

The closest I came to a sympathetic character was the billionaire but even he was retarded.

Normally I would just assume this was a colossal fuck up on behalf of the script writer & director but given the other choices made in the movie I assume it's deliberate.

I would give it a watch, its worth 1 hour and 50 minutes of your life.

I don't know how ex-Machina gets 8 on IMDB and Chappie gets 7.

People should ex-Machina and then Chappie in that order, so they can enjoy a good "amgz AI is gonna end the world" movie after watching a nerd try and score a robot girlfriend.

... after watching a nerd try and score a robot girlfriend.

That is cringe inducing.

I'm still in two minds about whether it's a movie trying to be smart or it's an actually smart movie that my monkey brain failed to understand for it's intelligence.

The whole plot with him wanting to fuck the machine is either a very cleaver insight into how people view beauty and sexuality designed to spark debate or it's the movies version of talking down to the audience.

"He's a nerd and doesn't have a girlfriend, cos hes a nerd and wants to fuck a machine, lol funny cos he's a nerd and has no girlfriend. nerds are socially awkward and can't interact with real people in a social environment"

I still can't figure out which, but considering I'm still thinking about the movie it's doing better than 99% of other garbage out there.

Completely unrelated to nerd wanting to fuck realdolls, Brick is a fucking good movie. If anyone is into noir detective movies, watch it, you won't be disappointed.

Actually just looking at the screen writer, Alex Garland, it looks like the movie is trying to be cleaver, but like all movies I think it comes down to the viewer.

He previous movies, Sunshine, 28 Days Later and The Beach all deal with people losing or corrupting parts of themselves by being forced into situations they normally wouldn't have to deal with.

I like all three, not great, not crap, but all worth watching.

He definitely has a thing for Asian chicks and small breast based data obtained via photos of his wife and the combined history of movies the subject previously wrote.

Ha, see what I did there? It's call reincorporation. It's cleaver, give me a million dollar movie deal.

Acidie, my wife actually decided to view this film the very evening I decided not to view it. So I had to view it with her)

And yes, seeing a robot with medium breasts adding some skin and turning into a girl with tiny breasts - it really ruined all the impression. As well as Kyoko losing her jaw and dying. She is a robot and its only a jaw, Ava survived without a hand, God damned.

I noted and understood the joke about killed workers, btw.

And yes, I did not have sympathy to any of the characters in the end. The film did not leave any negative emotions, nor did it cause any positive. One time watch, nothing more.

Jesus fuck what did I find, and can it be UNSEEN?
