Site converting..next steps?

Believe it or not, I have started to make money off of an old acai site. All of a sudden, I started getting over 100 uniques per day organically for one particular keyword, so I put up an affiliate ad, and the traffic is converting at roughly 5%. I was thinking of doing the following:

1. Paying someone for Search Engine Optimization for more keywords.
2. Hiring a blogger to post once a day.

I had a few questions:

1. Do you agree with these steps?

2. For SEO, do you think I should hire a company on an on-going basis or pay a one time fee to get someone to improve my placement?

3. What would be a reasonable price for SEO for some acai longer tail keywords?

id get your site optimized to have as many good call to actions as possible, and those call to actions leading to the CPA offer

I would just get content written, and post it daily. with my experience ever since the google mayday update content is king to say the least. I wouldnt be a bad idea to do some link building and optimization for longtail keywords as well. Install google analyitcs or something similar and see where your traffic is coming from already. It will be easier to rank for keywords that you are already ranking for without doing and SEO for them.

5% on the sites total traffic? or 5% of the people that go to the offer. Cause if its 5% of the sites total traffic, you are doing very well.
 
Bro, just find few more keywords that will ramp your traffic to 1-2k hits per day with low competition, get articles for each KW, put them up on site and build backlinks. It works. Get nuclear-traffic-maximizer if you wanna learn about this in depth details.
