Well if you were Lazy, you can just throw adsense on your page. Best advice I can give you is type in "real estate foreclosure" in any search engine and see what your competitor's are doing to monetize their site.

Be careful with the adsense, it's a nice looking clutter free site right now which gives it more credibility. I assume you get your revenue from the banks and agents that pay to list on your site? In addition to charging them the fee you should offer banner options for them on the side of the listings (little square side banners not big bulky top or bottom banners) also you may consider putting an "articles" section on your site for Realtors/agents to post (for ee or free whatever) this will add content and should help with the seo.

Thanks for the feedback, I was originaly going to charge, but decided going free for everyone to use would be not only a great benefit to the community, but also help build credibility. So should I wait to use adsense until more users? or go ahead now?

Thank you

Just a thought, but why not have adsense interspersed within the serach results too. I'm not sure about the states, but this side of the pond I believe there are a couple of real estate search engines which have affiliate deals running, so maybe even include them within the serach results too.
