So, I Finally Get To The Second Spot On Google, Yet I Have No Traffic. Wat.

I've been targeting a certain keyword for the past month, and it seems that I've already stolen both rank 2 and 3 on the first page of search results for a keyword that, according to Google's Keyword Tool, yields 30,000 results per month.

The only problem is, I'm only hitting 5 Google visits per day. I understand that second and third spots won't grab as much traffic as the first, but this is just plain silly.

Has the keyword tool been bullshitting me?

It's live worldwide as far as I'm aware? I'm getting sales worldwide still, but only from traffic I'm creating inorganically.

A broad search means any search entered that includes your word. If you keyword is even halfway common then it could show up in a lot of unrelated searches. As noted a bunch of time always use the exact number.

Step Away from the chair......and sell the site on flipa or DP and recoup some of your loses.

Quick noob question - how do you target a "broad match"? (if any of the words your are directly targeting can appear in broad)

say your kword target is: ABCD

Does this mean it can appear in Broad matches like: 1234 ABCD 2W3E ?

Isn't there infinite groups of words together that make up a broad match? Are you saying to target the most popular phrases or groups of words containing the exact match keyword within it?
