It means you give a copy of what ever you are going to be selling away for free so that person can review the service in this thread. So if you gave me a free copy, my "payment" would be to come in here an tell people what I think of the service. That does NOT necessarily mean that it would be a positive review! The review will coordinate to the quality of the work, if you stood by your initial terms (sticking to time limits are a major deal here), and how easy it was to work with you.
The point of this is to ease the fears and uncertainties of potential buyers when dealing with an unknown person/business.

The reason why this was slower was because the order was split into two - I like this "slower drip" of bookmarks, it's less of a blast to google and slightly more natural. You just have to be more patient with your report if seoprincess does this. Maybe you don't want that.
The sites were a spread of the obvious well-known bookmarking sites and some other pligg style sites, among others.
