Are you sure? I talk to him often on skype and is usually pretty on point with his services.. Give him an IM or email before blasting him - I sure hope its something personal as to why he hasn't finished his work with you. From what I know he is a quality dude.

I hope that it all works out and I have had communication with Aji, but everytime he tells me "24 more hours and all your sites will be done" I see no work progress. This has happened 3 times now. I am sympathetic to the problems he has been having with the flooding, but it isn't an excuse for not keeping your clients updated. I will update this thread tomorrow and let you know if I received my sites.

Regarding, quamism - I have had a back & forth email conversation with him and we've reached a 48 hour delivery agreement.

The reason for the delay and my inactivity on here has been the rains that have lashed Mumbai in the past 2 weeks. We moved two offices within 2 weeks and had writers bail out on us owing to the the mild floods that kept happening every now and then.

We've reached a stable state now and will clear all pending orders first before beginning to take on new ones.

Each of our client has been very patient and extremely nice to work with and this helps us in our stand to deliver.

Thank you once again Scheme, will get in touch with you on Skype when everything is in place.

We've tried really really hard to deliver, but apparently things didn't work out our way. I am getting less than half of my staff walking into my office because the public transport is screwed.

I left my house at 8.00 in the morning and a train journey which normally requires 90 minutes, took 5 long hours to complete and I only just reached my office.

Power normally comes only for 8 hours in the day and when it's working something happens to the ISP. I have spent more than $700 in installation charges to all the ISPs that I have subscribed to in order to get the connections running.

Even in such cases, I took special care that me or my staff was always in touch with our clients and none of the mails went unanswered.

It's extremely embarrassing to me, but I have submitted your refund requests to my accounting department and all your refunds will be processed within a weeks time - before August 10th.

Thank you once again for all the trust and I AM SORRY I couldn't live up to it.

I am refunding you now, but I promise I will be contacting you again and will make up for this loss of time as and when things are normal at this small little suburb of Mumbai.

Lol you havent answered my emails for a week now and I am still waiting for stuff ordered over a month ago...
 
I was also promised a refund and then told I would have to wait a little longer. I finally gave up on waiting and did a chargeback with my CC company. I don't know what the deal is with this company and maybe they are having legitimate problems, but it seems they have left quite a few customers unhappy.

I've lost my patience.

Nobody comes to Wickefire and scams the members if I have a say in it.
