1) Emm....where do I enter voucher code if obtain it ? Just created account and it wasn't such field anywhere and in billing as well.
2) Also it looks like there is only prepay payments in YSM, right ? Simply it was an automatic charge field and lowest was $30 and they charged me that. And in Payment Plan says Prepaid, while in adwords there was option for postpay too.
I from Ukraine, maybe that's why. Anyway I've seen voucher that said it will work with my country in DP.
