The one idea I have has to do with the profession I've been doing for the last 4-5 years. I spent two weeks writing what I thought was a great sales page, even designed a fake payment form in dreamweaver just to see if people would convert. I used maybe $80 in free facebook credits, had around 50 people visit the site and no conversions.

I basically gave up, that was 10 months ago and I literally knew almost nothing about all this, just as now.

But as far as deciding on a niche, I've heard people say one should go after "evergreens" like diet pills and dick pills and such while others say focus on something really specific. Nickycakes says to forget what I (you) think might work and just try random stuff, ie stuff youd never think would work.

Well basically many things I've read and a lot of the PMs I'm getting are saying go elsewhere for decent information, such as exactly that, a paid forum. No disrespect to wickedfire, I guess this is the norm around here. Over it. Thanks to those willing to answer my stupid question.

The easiest way to learn how to make money is to pay someone who makes a living telling other people how to make money.

Now that I've had my customary dinner of apple pie and ice cream, I've decided that the useless, hopeless quality of the question posed in the OP doesn't bother me nearly as much as the fact that you had the audacity to request that only people earning above a certain amount respond to your thread.

If you aren't making any money in IM, you should be listening to everyone, and getting ideas from whoever is kind enough to offer them to you. To imply that you are above suggestions from even a dollar-a-day mommyblogger is so ludicrous as to be obscene. Your misplaced hubris is ugly.

Unfortunately opinions and ideas which are misleading and likely wrong are rampant, that goes for everywhere. The advice from seasoned veterans is more valuable than advice from the have-nots. When the cost of giving information is free, that information is often worth the same. There needed to be a way to raise the quality of information and I did that with a minimum revenue number. My mistake was thinking everybody was mature enough to handle that, I was wrong.

The funny thing is when you boil that part of my op down, its the exact same premise that paid forums are founded upon.

Sure there are people who will take your $ 2500, but you won't get what you're after. You're answers are contained on threads on this and other forums.

Learn how to make $10 a day. Then invest money to get to $30 or $40 a day. Keep building and you quickly get to $100 $200+ a day.



And I can see why people are pissed off about the attitude you take towards people who make less than $2000 a month.

In the Cincinnati suburbs, you can get a decent house for $1500 a month. If somebodies IM profits pay their house payment, are they a failure or a "have not." No. Most people have a hard enough time clearing that $100 so they can get their first Adsense payment.

And IMer's on the newbie side of things will be more sympathetic to your situation. You come off as very condescending for somebody who makes no money from IM.

So my advice to you is to just suck it up and start learning.

2. Go through all forum sections, starting with the newb section
3. Use some mouthwash, your breath smells of cum
4. Open EACH AND EVERY STICKIED THREAD in a new tab
5. Read, apply, learn, repeat..

Then, and only then come back and ask valid questions.

Your right with the Cincinnati example. Its a lot more expensive where I live and I can respect that logic. Its all relative I guess, thanks for the advice.

I didn't miss your point, I didn't explain myself well enough. Just over this thread I started. Forget it.

I never said I wanted to give somebody $2500 and have them do AM for me, I was asking my question in this way to try and get insight from experienced people as to what they would do with their next $2500. Figured I would get a pretty comprehensive list of what the typical flow is for how people get started.

Just forget it. I'd delete this thread if I could. Flame after Flame after Flame. Im wasting my time by typing..saflkjasdf;ljaskf
