Just got my report and all the comments are relevant and on the actual page having exact PR as mentioned.
Speed:I received the report in 7 hours as he was not having much load at that time :D
Communication: Very good communication via email and pm.
Price:$27, well I think that is awesome.
Quality:I am happy with the quality of all the links, most of the pages even have OBL<<50
