tested this out and OP delivers top quality links, in a way that they will rank you its too early to see my movement but of a way its structured i see it will surely do the trick.
ive got in my report:
25 doc sharign sites with perfect pdf about my niche
15 edu links - 0 crapped wikis. just top spots. [with logins[
15 web 2.0 sites
to all that pointed 400 PR1+ blog spots and 300 social network links - also i nreport.
speaking shortly - decent stuff for deent price!

I have seen good serp rises from my previous orders of the pr1-6 packs. So when OctocardSerp offered me to test out the Overbearing Captain I said yes immediately. OctocardSerp has been easy to talk to as well being around for me to reach.
I gave him 3 urls. What good is he allows for nested spintax, so I can provide my own ratio distribution of anchors. One of the urls are a completely new page (call it URL1) I want to rank the other 2 are established pages.
Overbearing Captain, here is what I got:
15 Edu Sites
The root PR of these sites are 4PR8, 5PR7, 4PR6, 1PR5, 1PR4. Readable content spun from a 380 word article. Each post contained a different relevant image. All of my 3 urls are linked to in each post. The login details are provided.
2 urls have been deleted. It would be good if there is overdelivery on the edu links to compensate for potential deletions.
24 Doc Sharing Sites
The root PR of these sites are 1PR9, 1PR8, 4PR7, 7PR6, 3PR5. 3PR4, 5PR2.
5 links on the document that links to my 3 urls (2 urls per doc). The document looks neat with a cover and 2 pages of content. This 781 word unique article is not spun but submitted to all the sharing sites.
1 doc file is behind a sign in, for which i feel does not provide seo value. There a few others that are behind a javascript countdown, which i am not sure how google would treat it.

470 word spun article with different relevant image for each post. Got 14 high PR Tumblr posts, 1PR4 and 13PR3. Also 1 PR4 webs post.
These were all linked to by T2 that are 400 PR1-PR6 blog posts and 300 social networks. The report contained some of the links, as well a a tracker for the blogposts.
Regarding serp rises, my 2 aged urls have stayed stable (they always been on the first page in the top 5). The new url:
Keyword 1: 63 -> 11
Keyword 2: 67 -> 13
Keyword 3: 46 -> 14
I can't say this package is solely responsible for this serp rise, but I am sure it helped.
