let's assume for the moment that you don't care a bit about breaking the system or cheating.

you probably care about wasting time and money.

we're continually altering our algorithms. if you use this software, we will find you and we will delete all of your lenses immediately. And, since it's a clear violation of our Terms of Service, we have no hesitation at all about tracking you down and pursuing you for damages under the DMCA.

go scam someone else.

You would think a Squidoo representative would type with proper punctuation... *cough* BS

If you're continuing to alter your algorithms and stop botting, then you won't fear this program at all. Secondly, what in the HELL does the DMCA have to do with the TOS?

Last time I checked ...

Terms of Service = TOS.
Digital Millenium Copyright Act - DMCA.

How does breaking your TOS justify legal action via the DMCA? This pathetic post alone has inspired me to write a bot for Squidoo. Not one like this, but one that uses proxies and different email providers. One you can't just switch a 0 to a 1 on in your config and stop. Jesus. If it's actually legit from a staff member of Squidoo, I feel extremely sorry for everyone that has to do with running that site.

Seth (if that's who you really are), I hope you come back and reply. I only wish I saw this thread sooner.
