Starting SEO Services

I'm a newbie here in wickedfire and this is the first SEO / Internet Marketing forum I joined. I want to ask those experience members and give me some suggestions how to start an SEO service.

I can do directory submission, social bookmarking, article submission, blog posting and etc.

I have good list of directories, social bookmark sites, article sites. They all have high PR.

Anyone could help me?

Your not really a SEO than are you? Your just an outsourcer for tedious manual labour? Am I right?
