SubID Tracking with Amazon

I'm currently trying to get around Amazon's rather limiting 'Tracking ID' system. I'm pretty sure it's possible, as people such as SkimLinks and VigLink are tracking millions of links, although they may have special relationships with Amazon.

Regarding solutions, I'm guessing that some kind of tracking cookie may be the best way round it? Or possibly some AJAXy stuff? I've also come across a 'report' on my search (Amazon Keyword Tracking Secret Report | Niche Fever), and would be interested to know if anyone has tried this either?

No idea what's in this report. Tracking clicks on keyword level is easy, but no idea how this could work on sales.

I know you can easily increase the number of tracking IDs if you just mail them and tell them why you need more, but they'll give you like another 50 or 100 which doesn't solve the problem of keyword tracking.
