I would love for Paypal to crash and burn, but I'll believe it when I see it. Every housewife in America knows the Paypal logo. People might see a Visa logo and just think "credit card." It will take a long time for the masses to associate that with a service like Paypal.

I don't trust them much - back days they had some project Gcard if I remmember right also epassport (I lost more then 40K with them) was connected with VISA. Also they set up the fees for highrisk biz some years ago.
I personally don't trust VISA much - always end up bad way.
