Yeah, but the law is pretty damn clear here. He is his own defense attorney, so he can't be denied access to the evidence that is being used against him. If it makes you feel better, he is basically acknowledging that the evidence against him is so well-documented that he has no option but to get his jollies off until the trial. After which, his quality of life will take a distinct downward plunge.
We both know this guy won't last two seconds in general population.
