Has anyone tried it?

I did p90x. I loved it but got too easy after week 1&2, but got good results and it didn't get boring and tony and his method of instruction/motivation rocks. It was great for weight loss but I'm pretty sure i actually lost muscle. Not everything should encorporate cardio and combination movements. Like biceps and tris. WTF, they just have you swinging weights around for 30 seconds with both hands at once,no concentration or contractions. I get zero pump or burn out of it. Everything else though IMO was excellent.

Just started Insanity. Already kinda bored of it. I also hate how they don't show you the moves and how to do them. They just swing the camera around blare witch style making you dizzy the whole time never stopping on any single person for more than half a rep or giving a full body shot of them doing the exercise. If I didn't already know half the exercises from p90x I would be COMPLETELY lost, the other half I'll have to take some time and lookup on their website or something.

So now before I commit to a full 60 days of Insanity I heard and was thinking about trying Tacfit Commando. I heard some good things and watched a few moves on youtube. They look really tough and isolated with some good instruction but other than that there isn't a lot of info on it. Has anyone tried it yet or have thoughts?
