My name Mike and I'm the Director of Affiliate Marketing at Tatto. I'm now aware that there has been some communication problems between affiliates and AMs over the last month. If you are having an issue, please email me at Michael.Cataldo@tattomedia.com.

Please let me know who you are and who your AM is and I will attend to any issue immediately.

"Communication problems" ? How about simply ask your affiliate managers to REPLY to the damn emails from their affiliates? Is that too hard?

Tatto currently owes us back to May, on the off chance we get ahold of someone there the response is always 'it will be sent out in the next day or two'. Recently they have refused to respond period. This network needs to get their act together, and quickly.

Oh. Well when it was time for them to pay my guys, they just blocked our account. You got off fortunately.

I been owed a few hundred since last july. No one answers my emails or voice mails or aim messages. I'm tired of the silent treatment like I'm a child. I'm not holding my breath to get paid. Took my traffic elsewhere.

Tatto media has been struggling since late 2009 when they were canned from Yahoo's Right Media exchange. Right Media no longer wanted 3rd tier advertising networks, or in Tatto's case scamvertisers disguised as advertising networks on their platform. Yahoo was making an effort to improve the quality of their exchange to compete with Google's Doubleclick and Microsoft's AdECN. Tatto's business model at this point was pretty much nullified. They tried to jump start their affiliate network, which was almost completely composed of their internal mobile subscription offers. They couldn't float for very long and in early summer 2009 along with several others in the mobile space had their short codes suspended. The carriers frowned upon subscriptions coming from content locking networks such as CPAlead that were running traffic on torrent, adult, and file sharing sites. This is when the insolvency and lies started.

It's became fairly evident now that Tatto is a total joke. The faux press releases, double decker booths, and excessive image related spending drove the company into the ground. All of the original employees including their affiliate director Mike Cataldo and two co-founding twins (HasOffers) have now left the company. Tatto has been exposed several times on various blogs both large and small for scamming users, not paying affiliates, lying, and just general shady business practices. The remaining founders are struggling financially and are looking for every way to keep their lifestyle afloat...affiliates be aware.
