I am not going to type a thousand word letter. Deal is simple and fair. I am selling .PSD template designed by me. I am selling it, You will have full rights over it and template is unique.

You just gave me the whole design!
I can just copy and paste it and slice it up for coding!

That said, I wouldn't get full rights or have all of the layers and I could make a much better design myself. Still, fairly slick effort, but $40 for just a .PSD?!

For about 10$ more there's this with photoshop file AND already made into a wordpress theme. WordPress Theme #16968 by Delta (and not sure how they would prevent copying seeing as they give a live demo of the template).
