So what's the general consensus on how make data to gather (impressions, clicks, clickthroughs, conversions) before you analyze and start tweaking??
 


How do you know what should be changed on your landing pages though? Do you just try a whole bunch of them and see which works - how do you improve the one that performs best then?
 
Well no one is going to tell you " hey I would have bought that acai shit but your call to action was weak, or I couldnt find the click here link or order info etc.."
You can use crazy egg etc for hot spots, but, trying alot and testing is what most do-
 
Would you guys tweak your kw's and ads first to get your CTRs up? Or your LPs to get your conversions up first? Or do both at the same time and try not to get totally confused?

Landing page first for kw relevancy & conversion improvement, then refine kw's and ads.
