Well delivery took a bit longer but the OP had let me know that there was an issue and that a delay should be expeted so im cool with that. The reports contained everything specified plus some extra.
Reports where not what i expected perhaps op can make in excel next time instead of
notepad as it looks better and more professional but not big deal either.

I have received the report from the OP.
3 Reports in text file (I would like the reports in xls format with clickable url) :
- Web 2.0 report that have 14 URL and I manually check it 1 by 1 and found 2 Dead / could be removed by admin, but its still 12 live point to my site.
It could be great if OP also provide the user-id for us
- Article Directory Submission report that have 200+ instead of 100 (OP Over delivered) point to above 14 web 2.0, but some of my keyword seem not checked very well before submitted (typo).
- Profile Link report that have more than 2000+ and I randomly checked few of the link is at the signature point to web 2.0 (some of the forums are not English sites).
At this time, 6 of the web 2.0 has been indexed and hopefully in few day all will be indexed too.
At this price, this service is worth for me.

Short review:
Everything was as stated in the above reviews as far as delivery. 14 properties delivered. 2 were deleted, probably the same ones as the others above. It's safe to assume that those accounts are dead and you should just move on to other sites.
Now, for some constructive criticism,
Spinning: was basically non-existent. If there was any I couldn't tell. Take a couple of extra minutes and throw them into a free online spinner if need be. Anything could help. Big G has obviously updated its algorithm against duplicate content so this will make it 5 times better if it is spun. I found 3 web 2.0's that looked the same.
Relativity: My articles were not very relative. They were on the same general health subject, but not on the same specific condition at all. In fact, they did not even contain my keyword even once in the whole article other then at the bottom where my link was (resource box type thing). The page titles didn't even include my keyword. This is very sloppy in my perspective and seriously degrades the value. The same went for all of the articles and the profile links. Not happy at all with this at all. It's a tight niche but there is still plenty of information and articles about it.
Lastly, I would prefer to see in context links instead of resource style links when possible. These are always valued higher.
In the end, its honestly really hard to beat a service like this for $10. It's a good deal. If the provider can fix these small problems I will put in a bulk order immediately.
