I just wanted to pop in and say that I've been working with the OP for a few days now and the experience has been nothing but pleasant. He's communicative and keeps me updated on a constant basis. The listing has already been completed and he's working on the rankings now. I'm really hoping he can pull it off. I'll report back in the 1-4 week timeframe as stated in the original post and let everyone know if he was able to do it or not. To be honest, I'm skeptical about the 1-4 week thing. I'm thinking more like 6-8 weeks. At least that's the timeframe of my other guys. If he can pull this off in 1-4 weeks then I'll be giving him a SHIT TON of orders soon afterward, that's for sure!
Yes to Canada too! A good friend has put together a little platform that gets fed numbers by a service like kall8...still a work in progress, but works brilliantly for this. Depending on your needs (call traffic, call fwd, menus, whispers, etc) we can put something together for you.

Do you have numbers/addresses for... We have numbers and addresses for pretty well everywhere. Safe to assume the answer is, Yes.
Can you do my keyword research? Unfortunately, no. Keyword Research is not our core competency and we don't want to be held accountable for choosing a KW that doesn't perform for you.
What do you Guarantee? If we can (we will tell you), we guarantee top 3 placement for your main KW. Also, we build these listings for sustainability, so your listing doesn't take a dive after we are done. HOWEVER, for the more competitive KWs we will always recommend you sign up for our maintenance program.
What is your maintenance program? We slowly drip reviews and citations for your listing. We continually optimize to make sure it doesn't ever take a dive.
Can I use my number/address? Yes, IF this number/address is currently unknown to Google and has never been used in any listing. This also applies for your URL...It is important if it's been used in a listing, you let us know.
How do your numbers work? We will gladly provide you with a Domestic (US/CAN) Free of charge. For our International clients, we charge an additional $10 to provide you with a number. IF you expect your number will receive any sort of call traffic, you need to let us know. We happily provide unlimited usage at a flat rate of $10/mo (NA) and $20/mo (Intl). With the thoroughness to detail he's showing, I'm confident that this will end up being a very worthwhile service. Heck, for some people juggling lots of clients and/or listings, just the outsourcing of the listing creation and optimization alone is worth it, even without the added bonus of ranking.

1. Can you explain a little more about the virtual address and phone number? How close to their actual address does the virtual address need to be?
It doesn't, really. The most important thing is that the address be as close as possible to the area/city you are targeting.
2. Does the phone number forward to their real phone? Cane the number to forward it to be changed?
The number can be forwarded easily...and if the number at the other end is changed, it is very easy to update. We charge $10/mo for unlimited incoming calls. There are also other great options, like: Kall8 or Skype.
Are either of these an additional fee per creature?
The phone number is an additional fee as described above. They are only Free if it will only be used for verification purposes and won't see any call traffic.
3. Can you optimize existing listings? Is it cheaper?
We are only able to guarantee our own work. There are simply too many variables involved. Your best bet is to let us build them from scratch. We build a very strong foundation for your listing, so once ranked, it stays put!
4. Would you offer bulk discounts for multiple orders (creatures) of the trial package? For example 3-5 at once.
Bulk discounts begin at 5 creatures. Because our prices are already so deep discounted the discount isn't too big. You can expect to save approximately $10-20 per creature.

When you ask us to rank a keyword for you, you have essentially bought rights to that main keyword. After we have ranked you, we will not rank rank anyone else for that exact phrase.
Think of the maintenance as a protection plan. We look after your investment and do our best to make sure it stays in place. This is done via 2-3 optimized review & authoritative citations drips every week.

Legal, Medicine, Pharma, Real Estate etc terms are back on track. After more split testing then I care to divulge, we have found a loophole and are back on track.
Please remember, these terms go fast, and many excellent ones are already being scooped up. Once a kw is gone we will not rank anyone else for it. First Come First Serve!
