Adam, Thanks for your post, man.

You indicate longevity in your postings about your service. What proof do you have of the longevity of the services you're providing? What guarantee do we have, if any, that the #1 listing you're providing is permanent?

We are looking for good, valuable online advertising services to offer our 500+ bricks and mortar SMB customers...

Do you have info we can use when proposing it to them that is written in language easy to understand?

Do you have any documentation as to the efficacy and amount of increased traffic users of the Creature have received other than your enthusiastic endorsement, which has value and we appreciate, but will mean less to them than hard, verifiable data?

For example, if we use your service to generate leads for local advertising in the San Bernardino County area, what should we expect in terms of actual calls in to our company as a result of your services?

I haven't wanted to comment much because I hadn't seen any results from this until today. This is not my official review as we're not done.

I ordered a $200 package and it's been 43 days since I ordered. Today I have a "G spot" ranking in a medium competition, geo targeted construction niche in Florida. It's taken a lot longer than I expected, and I hope this ranking improves by the time everything is all said and done. In Adams defense, there were some changes to deal with when we started my listing, and he did offer me a refund since we were over the estimated time length. Of course I want the results, not the money back... So he's continuing to work through this last push and it looks promising that my listing will dominate eventually.

I'm looking forward to a positive final review once I'm satisfied with the longevity/placement + 4 more orders in the queue thereafter.

We have been ranking Google Places listings since August. Although the method is constantly being appended, we manage to be to provide the same results over and over again. Naturally, as SEO goes, nothing is 100% As far as longevity is concerned, it would be entirely naive to claim that our top 3 ranking guarantee is permanent. You will have competition in your sector, and they will try and beat you. The best we can do is build you the strongest foundation possible, so you can weather that storm.

Your listing placement is guaranteed for a full month after we have ranked it. If it falls, we will pull it up again. After your month has expired, you can choose to have it maintained by us, or do it yourself.

There are tricky questions to answer, and provide any accurate numbers for. Of course there are ways to measure this, but it would certainly take a great deal of time. Every listing we have done has been very unique, whether it be competition, keyword, search traffic, listing placing (1, 2 or 3), listing attractiveness (CTR), industry/niche and the list goes on.

If it is examples of our successes you want, we've got plenty. Although I cannot comfortably share them on the thread, I will happily PM them on request.

You're right... C spot for my 2 target terms. I see some secondary term rankings as well, I live in this area so I'll have to log into my vpn and check it out when I get to my main machine.

Adam asked me to leave a review and with the great service he provided it was the least I could do.

Communication : 9.5/10 - He's almost always available on skype and answers within a few minutes. He's very organized and keeps you overupdated with emails with status updates.

Results : 9/10 He got me #2 for the keyword I was targeting. It took a bit longer than I expected (but it was still within his original promised timeframe). He also setup a virtual number to forward the calls + a virtual address. Not sure what else could be expected of him.

He does what he promises so far, unlike some of the other earlier providers (cough jason cough). We still have to see if/for long it will stick for to leave a full review.
 
Adam is working on 3 Local listings for my company. Started two of them about 4 weeks ago, and one of them 3 weeks ago. The first two are in positions E and H...The one started sooner is not on the radar yet.

We have gotten business calls already from these listings (high traffic, large markets). Basically another couple of phone calls and these listings will pay for this service.

A few more weeks and I have 3 "A spots", these will be HIGHLY profitable for my company. Will be launching several more once these jump to the top.

Highly recommended for local listings. He's the best.

If you have a listing already that is actually a plus. France is no issue at all. In fact, we are currently investigating doing listings in some asian countries.

So far, this service has been all it's hyped up to be. Though the results have taken a little bit longer than expected, it's nothing compared to the ultimate rankings I've achieved using the service. Adam has me ranked for some very tough legal terms and I have no doubt he'd be able to deliver on just about any other terms desired (within reason).
