The death of eCigarette offers?

I bought the Njoy Npro a few days ago. After 12 years of smoking, I've only smoked 3 cigarettes since then (Saturday).

The things work. I only smoked the real ones to piss off the wife.

That's what I started out with too! But it's way too expensive and the parts crap out quite fast. I highly recommend getting a "screwdriver". You'll never smoke another cigarette again... I can promise you that.

I had my lawyer look into this a while back and like it was stated previously there are current litigations on e-cigs. it isn't really the product itself that is under attack it is the manufacturs of it...there are i belive 8 or 9 manufacturers in China that make this and 6 or so of them are under the FDA scrutiny.

so if the advertiser orders from one of the companies that is under that "your fuckered" catogory from the FDA then they get stopped at the border.

From what i understood the Smoking Everywhere vs. FDA is because Smoking Everywhere brought in the product apart as in ordered the filters by themselves then the chargers etc from differnt companies at differnt times thus making it not an "offical" e-cig yet the FDA just lumped them all together and held them anyway again from what i/my lawyer looked at that is the reason for the law suit.

now i am not a advertiser we just do the shipping and handling and some private labeling and my lawyers advice was....there is alot of "something" surrounding the e-cigs they are not illegal by any means but it would probably be in your (my) best interest not to import or have any product in your name, if you have a client who owns the product and you (me) just warehouse and ship you should be fine but if i were you (me) i would just stay away from it.

so that is my .02 don't know if it effects the most of you but thought i would add

light em' up

Guys, thought I'd give you all a heads up. I spend around $150/month on this company: Electronic Cigarettes and eLiquid / Totally Wicked eLiquid / electronic cigarette eliquid nicotine fluid products

They have great products, customer service, etc...

They just set up a referral program (15% commissions I think; not sure if lifetime).

Haven't smoke a real butt in 5 months (15 year habit).

Free marketing idea. Captcher lead data before you redirect them to sales page. Then blast it out with emails every 2 weeks maybe even mailers with your ref url.

I own www.totallywicked-eliquid.com www.totallywicked-eliquid.co.uk and www.theelectroniccigarette.co.uk , we stock the best and most comprehensive inventory of e.cigarettes and e.liquids on the net.

We started our affiliate programme a month or so ago, its still taking shape.. But this product is in demand and the more partners we get the better..Click the partners link at the top of any of the sites and sign up.

I discovered this site as alexa was showing a decent amount of hits coming through... Hopefully i have not posted in an inappropriate thread..

My fav network just added smokeassist and one other, but its not blu... Maybe gonna test it soon ;)

When the hell did they even come back up?
On a side note, we really need to get some designers working for these other e-cig companies. It's just depressing.

I'm in the middle of doing a magento build for one (client) and it's looking pretty good. Not sure if he's going to roll out an affiliate program or not, but if he does...you all will be the first to know if interested.
